Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for prepaid classes that have not been attended.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Classes that have already been attended or partially used subscription plans are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request via email to [your contact email].

Include your name, payment details, and the reason for your request.

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

If a student has attended only a portion of their subscription plan, a prorated refund may be granted at Zehtu’s discretion.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a class is canceled by Zehtu, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Items
-
Digital materials, downloadable content, or one-time registration fees are non-refundable.

Technical issues on the student's end (e.g., internet problems) do not qualify for refunds.
