Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for prepaid classes that have not been attended.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Classes that have already been attended or partially used subscription plans are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a refund request via email to [your contact email].

  • Include your name, payment details, and the reason for your request.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If a student has attended only a portion of their subscription plan, a prorated refund may be granted at Zehtu’s discretion.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If a class is canceled by Zehtu, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital materials, downloadable content, or one-time registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Technical issues on the student's end (e.g., internet problems) do not qualify for refunds.
