Cancellation Policy

By purchasing our product or services from Zehtu, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Payments for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the scheduled sessions. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session. Zehtu Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Zehtu, we value your time and commitment to learning. To ensure fairness and maintain high-quality lessons for all students, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies: Cancellation Policy Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Lesson You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations Made 12-24 Hours Before the Lesson A cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson price will be charged for cancellations made within this time frame. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Lesson The full lesson price will be charged, and rescheduling will not be available. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend their lesson and has not provided notice, it will be considered a no-show. 100% of the lesson price will be charged for no-shows. Grace Period and Emergencies Each student is allowed one free reschedule per month in case of emergencies. If an emergency prevents you from attending your lesson, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at Zehtu’s discretion. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us via email or our messaging system at least 24 hours in advance. Zehtu reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions, change instructors, or alter the curriculum as deemed necessary for the optimal learning experience. All materials provided by Zehtu, including but not limited to course materials, multimedia content, and instructional resources, are the intellectual property of Zehtu and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Zehtu and may be subject to administrative fees. By participating in our sessions, you agree to abide by our code of conduct, which prohibits disruptive behavior, harassment, or any other conduct that may interfere with the learning process.
